Carmen has enjoyed planning parties and events for her family and church community for years. She is an active stay at home mom with 2 children whom are her pride and joy!

Siu Sister Events started making cotton candy as a side business. It has quickly grown and expanded since 2018.

In 2020 we relocated our family and business from California to Texas. We are enjoying the time to focus on family and the chance for the American dream.
